The <a href="http://www.info-zip.org">InfoZIP</a> unzip program can be used to handle the ZIP archives if desired. The .tar.bz2 archives provide the best compression and fastest download times.</p> <p>Windows users can use the ZIP archives since those are customary on that platform.
